Togo’s is a convenience driven restaurant chain. A vast majority of Togo’s customers come from within a two mile radius or six minute drive time. In order to maximize that convenience factor, it is vital that prospective sites be the most accessible and visible locations available.

Store Size: 1,200 to 1,500 sq. ft.
Seating: 15-25 interior, 10-15 exterior
Width: 25 ft. is ideal – 20 ft. minimum
Parking: Adjacent to restaurant space, access to 20 stalls minimum
Electrical: 208v / 400a / 3 phase / 4 wire
HVAC: Approx. 1 ton per 200 sq. ft.
Gas: 1 mil. BTUH

Trade Area Criteria

Generators:
Daytime population: office buildings, professional, service industry, government, college & university.
Residential: high/medium density single & multi family residences.
Retail: regional high volume retail center, daily needs uses, health & fitness centers, entertainment.

Daytime Population (Drive Time):

• 3 minute: 15,000
• 5 minute: 39,000
• 7 minute: 74,000

Residential Population (Drive Time):

• 3 minute: 28,000
• 5 minute: 77,000
• 7 minute: 173,000

Median Household Income (Drive Time):

• 3 minute: $75,000
• 5 minute: $76,000
